PBDO, promised us 1 week of downtime. Now it is 4 weeks and still not online... haha said in june it will come, but probably not.

Its whats called best effort internet traffic. Basically, your house is connected to a 1 Gigabit Exchange at the end of your street, so whilst your theoretical max speed is 1 Gigabit per second, if someone is using 500mbit/s of it, then you will only get 500mbit/s from whats left over. Thats why its called "Best Effort"
