Dude, seriously... Look at the first preview, then look at the preview now, then, look at the first date, after that, look at the date now :P
Can you actually see what he made in these few days?! From a black background, only moving schip, to: moving ship, background, minimap, ship info etc... Even the equipment bar! This is going so fast It will be done very very fast I guess ^^ But ofcourse, it will take some time for the bugfixes which are 'pre-written' into darkorbit their code
