[PBDO-Bot error]Need help

hi there,
hi just tried to run PBDO-Bot in my friends computer its a Windows XP 32 bit OS
i recieved this error i installed .NET framework and SQL but it gives me error-
as soon i start it , it crashes-

Strange, do you have updated windows?

shall i have to update windows for that? its my friends computer.... i will update it if it fixes the issue

You need to instal net.frame4 and sqlite

Go to pbdo forum and look for same type of errors and solutions on how to fix them. If you cant find same problem there, report it and they will help you.
