send a message to BP support, and they will give you answer for your acc, my acc on GE1 and GE5 got perma ban, with error99

Guys.... really?
Error 99 is simply a log in issue in my experience. You either took too long to do something on the backpage and it timed out, logged into your bot and didn't refresh your backpage, or typed in the wrong password. I get log in error 99 all the time. Its no big deal, and its not the end of the world.
The 1 account that I have had banned gets log in error 13 when I select the banned server. I believe it is perma banned, but its been a while since I've tried to log on to it.
to sum it up; 99 = temporary minor problem. 13 = perma/extended ban

had error 99 on 2 accounts and support said accounts deleted not banned deleted, dont get much more perm than that

Exactly, DELETED. That means the account with that information no longer exists and you can't log in under that information anymore. Naturally, if you type in information that doesn't exist, its going to give you a log in error, which in this case, is 99.
I don't know why they choose to delete an account or perma ban it, because the effect is the same, but I guess they have their reasons. In my case however, my baby ship only got perma banned (error 13)on one server. I can log in using the same account to another server, just not the one I botted on.

EDIT: I apologize, I just tried to log into my account on the banned server and it gave me error 99. They must have changed the codes recently, because I swear I used to get error 13 on it. My information is a little bit dated I suppose, but it was accurate at one point.
