Afterburner! I use it on all my vids, What's your GFX card? I have fraps and it is ok, I personally only use it for my FPS.

About all the issues; Nothing has changed enough to give these kind of issues, so I'm hoping next version will just fix it.

Darkorbit uses flash-player which uses less CPU when using 3D models. Because they have 3D.swf models, while I have to make it check which direction it's looking in every millisecond. And then change the image accordingly.
