I think here will be no spamthreads, we can try to talk with moderators (i think they will be helpfull as everytime), for open shooterams thread. Why can´t be his thread opened, when he is banned? I think, his ban isn´t reason for close thread, and we can stop this "fight"

OK I use chrome ( of the Google) and when I go to change proxy settings and check that one box my internet turns off and my browser says I don't have a connection.
Any suggestions? Or will I just not be able to use this?
If your trying to help I won't turn down anything.
And yes I did turn on OS the problem is my internet isn't dail up so it's not compatible if I go and use a proxy server.
