The fact that You are using proxy can't be a legal reason for a ban. Many companies are using proxies. We also have it in the office.

u'se using a proxy and like u said normally can't be a reason of ban .. but bp is no stupid so they may know which is the opwnstealth proxy and if they know this they may know if u're using the same proxy as openstalth one.. and soo here goes the ban...

The fact that your changing your proxies for an illegal program like OS or bots can be a reason for ban. But the only way to find out if your using the programs is the cookies so even people that aren't using programs like these get a freaking tracking cookie.

Also to everyone that says you can't sue,this is an invasion of privacy! It is against US right and maybe HUMAN RIGHTS that every body gets no matter what is happening. These would include ( Rights to have shelter, rights to feed, rights to an education)

This does work but then again anyone that tries this and gets a problem along the way, I am not responsible for anything that you may have been encouraged to do. I will not take responsibility for anything you do according to this thread.

Also BIGPOINT or DARKORBIT do not have the rights to put this in their terms and conditions. Even if they did put this in them, it wouldn't be valid and still would suffer the punishments if someone did something about it no matter if it was written after every single word.

No. Openstealth and nearly all similar programs are using Privoxy proxy. Which is an internet tool and not illegal.

First off, if you're not going to take any "responsibility" then why would you even make a thread like this? Why would you ask someone else to sue bigpoint if you're not accepting the fact that you asked them to? Also, OP users can only be banned on the type of function they're using, please don't post this otherwise it's noted as spam.

I'm not taking any responsibility because someone might go do something stupid and then when asked why they could simply legally say "I told them to" me putting that up makes sure any information gotten from this thread can be used on anyone's will.

Second I didn't tell a **** to do this. Just giving them information.

Third, I don't give a **** bout what people are doing, I'm just putting people aware of the limits that bigpoint will go to to get their game clean is ILLEGAL, Therefor allowing you to sue. I didn't tell anyone to sue, I just gave the person information to back up their case if they do sue. I'm like a free lawyer.

Why? So I don't get caught up in junk that someone else did. Its like a science project that you got instructions from or an online recipe.

In an online recipe no one tells you to make anything.
They tell you exactly everything you need to have a successful cooking project.

Exactly my point. But since this is a legal case that could be put in court I have to put that out. Cause in court everything has to be given information and one cannot just "interpret" or "predict".
