Mine was working at first then when tried logging in it said error on license. 
If you're onit stay on. If you log off you wont get back on.

not neccessary to stop the bots, it isn t a client prob produced by BP it is another prob you can read in the other thread.
ps: ibot is on, you just need passion and try to log in more often
