Charles bug was an amazement but BP didn't really care because the only reason the money was used on was in the trade section. To BP the trade section is considered the credits burner. The credits get wasted and are irretrievable. Charles was considered a generator and the trade was considered a burner. Max amount of time someone gave a **** was until the end of the hour.
