Hate banner

My first banner i made today. I downloaded photoshop just to make it. I made this without any tutorial at all and it was my first time using the program. What do you guys think?

In all honesty, it doesn't look like you did much. It seems all you did was put a background, some text, and renders of the venom and PET. It's pretty basic to be honest.

Tip: Try adding a few lighting effects, things like shadow, reflection, or color blends.

I was thinking about my ship shooting another persons but that was something everybody did. Now please remember this was my first time using PS and i downloaded it just to make that banner. I had no experience or a tutorial to help me. I'm going to add some stuff like yours today.
