Havoc design dont work???????? Help!!

One of my iris was destroyed that iris had a havoc design on it now when I try put that design on other iris it just returns back to equiptment? I check my other havoc designs they work perfectly but the one that was on destroyed drone for some reason cant be placed on another drone????

You are shore you try to equip havoc in x1?

if i read correctly DO said after that hangar update some peoples having issues with equip/unequip items. They working to fix that. I think you the one who got this problem.
