OS the best in palladium? Maybe for speed and i say maybe....but there are some features like:

-answer attack on enemy with the ammo that you select
-answer attack on NPC using sab and other ammo

that OS don't have.

And remeber all tools got + and -.

DO or OS? Anyway you can't set them to auto sell palladium. You can increase you cargo with PET and with your PilotSheet.
With Citadel with all protocols and 5 point on PP and premium you will have 25k cargo
Ther is no bot for now ho can sell palladium in automatic.
