Captchas after caught

I got caught botting about a month and started getting captchas afterward. I have heard of people not botting for a couple of weeks and then not getting captchas afterward. Anyone here had this luck? how long did you stop botting for? I don't mind to stop picking up any boxes for like 2 weeks if it will stop captchas on this account.

I got captchas on one of my accounts and i didnt play for i think 2 weeks and the next time i got on they went away
