My account was stolen from somebody using the e-mail bug/exploit. I have contacted Bigpoint support many times but they say they can't help me (I've even showed them payments I've made to them on my ship). The ship was registered through my account with Bigpoint which I can still access and get into my ship but I don't have control over the ships e-mail now. I've looked through forums to try and find a way to get my ship back but haven't found a solution. If anybody can or knows somebody who can help me get my ship back please help me I've spent a lot of time and money on my ship and don't see restarting as an option.
Like I said I can log into the account because I own the BigPoint account it was registered to and is connected with so I can get the sid or whatever. If you can help I will be very thankful. Thanks
