rdesktop2011 add a new buy option ... Onebip (buy by SMS/Mobile Phone)
I tried it and it's awsome fast! I never payed so fast...
About the service, i use kbot, don't have any problem.
rdesktop2011 is i think the hole day online, i send a mail, he answer very fast.
