Alien "kill steal" bug ?!?!

Does someone know how to steal a "gray" alien?

It happened to me around 7 times on BK's and BBK's!
I shot them to around 1-5% of their HP. A random guy came in an shot with me and got the kill. WTF?=!

If the bug is only for "Underground" Members: What can i do against it?

Yes there is such a Bug... and you can't do anything against it

it happens if you are using sab on alien am not sure though

I think its a bug with the group System, got this many times too.
But only when i shot Aliens in a group

So it happens when you're in outfit..
