There was only one glitch with havocs in the early days/weeks of CZ3 server - You got 2 or 3 havocs from one zeta gate..

I got 200 havoc from 199 zeta lol.
I really doubt there was ever a glitch as simple as "don't use a havoc and you will get a havoc" how would that even arise and an error in the code?
