Früher, als der Online User Checker noch funktionierte, war DE7 der Server mit den meisten Online Zahlen unter den deutschen.
Hat sich wahrscheinlich nicht so stark verändert im Vergleich zu den anderen DE Servern.

Long time playing DO but still dont know anything about boosters xD I never bought one but : Whats the max amount of boost you can get on Damage/HP/Shield ?? I heard doubles mean 20% boost.
PS: I mean your own boost, not the ones from people near you.

20% with damage and 50% with shield if I'm not wrong

Everyone who really tries to win JPA...what's the point to use uri for nanohull every single round if you don't have as good boosters as your opponent. With full equipment+full upgrades, those boosters really make a difference.
