No, because if you do BP (Bigpoint) will sue you..
You only should make it, if you know how to be 100% anonym like the hackers in pakistan. :P (Pakbugs, pakistan cyber army)

You can make it only for youre private use, but not for public. But HOW i dont know, and i dont know if it is possible. And is it usefull ?? are you soo bad ??

you can pay bigpoint money to make youre own online server, like garena did but it has to be a HUGE amount of money every month !
