darkorbit-delay time of emp?

i was hunting someone across the map and i used emp in the upper left side of the map,and he used too.in total,from the one side of the map to the other he used 3 emp when my emp wasnt already ready to use.

wtf?is there any script for that?

May it can be trought the mine cpu? Then you have half of the cooldown from all mine items (Instashield, Smartbomb...)

no the mine turbo is only for ish-01 and smb-01

Hmm, but i don´t know any script for cooldowns, so i think its a bug =/

actually its a particular clan whose members have emp cooldown delays

On Global America 2 there´s a clan which also uses this bug or script...

They can make as much EMPs as they want to, without a cooldown time.

But i don´t know how they make it
