you can block it either by simply adding the adblock rule "snare" in your browsers adblocker,
you can block it in noscript,
OR you can add these lines to your hosts file:

to get rid of the ads/spyware/ whatever; UNWANTED thing on this forum
after you did this, go and delete the LSO (local sored object) of this spyware from your file system
Press "windows button" and "R", then type in

there will be some folders and subfolders. delete them (make a backup if you wish, but its NOT necessary)
after doing so, disconnect from the internet und restart your router (to get a new IP)
meanwhile check your browsers cookie preferences and uncheck "allowing third party cookies"
they are only good for adservers, not for you
also, make sure to delete all already existing cookies, especially delete any cookies from the snare spyware
after you did this, replug your internet and try to log in or make a new account. it will work.

remember, this only unlocks your website account and does not unlock your gaming account when u got banned
also to the one who is responsible for this at gamerage: using these thechniques to molest players is not acceptable. maybe this is meant to prevent cheaters making new accounts but this is irrelevant since it also bugs non cheaters. improve gamecode; make things serversided if you want decrease cheating possibilities
when you make a F2P game its clear that banned players will make new accounts, thus its not very efficient to ban players at all...
