7767 error bypass?

Hello am new to e pvp and i was wondering is there a way to bypass the error i am unable to log in to the game or make a new account i have contacted support but they seem to be taking all their time

I have tried changing my date and time settings to 2000 but then when i try log in it says username or password does not exist.
They wont even let me make a new account
is there any other ways or am i maybe doing it wrong?

It could be that your IP banned. Do you live in the NA Region? Try to use firefox/internet explorer for the trick, but do 1990 instead

well i can't even make an account so i tried using hack shield pro but nothing happened.

I live in the UK and when i tried using internet explorer it says please check id and password.

Would this bypass not work if my account was made recently?

Any time. Just to let you know, support usually takes 2 weeks up to one month just to respond, even if the response is a simple sentence.
