CrossFire VN themself are giving out hacks for their crossfire client o.O
I hope you can stretch the ping for european players,because a private server would be very cool.

Ehm,the payment is low? hmm. maybe you can open the servers and just take a payment for ordering some ZP or RP Capsules or something else matters.
