Not rly.
He spent the money to his CF Account (the webshop SG Interactive Inc.)
and now ur 50 € are gone.
But u could take proceedings against him so he would (probably) be sentenced
to pay the money back.
But since I don't know which country each of u r living it that could be pretty hard.

(btw. thats the wrong section, but even in the right u would need proof to let him banned, proof would be a trade via epvp+rq a trade.. So u can't hope epvp to help u.)

u need epvp pn's or sth. like that.

Before you trade you must check the trade rules . And the important rule is:
- First look your trade partner ( look trusted or not) and trade with REQUEST A TRADE.
