umm... I'm from Puerto Rico (US territory) and CabalNA won't support P.R. IPs (meh).
My question is: Is there any program similar to Hotspot Shield (free,100% working, "too good to be true", etc...)?
The problem w/ hotspot shield is that in my university theres too many people using it and the IP of my university exceeds the download limit of hotspot shield (3gb per month) too fast so... it won't let me use hotspot shield in my university.
we can take care of u you dont have to use all the features if you dont want and only use the skin changer.
