Skinchanger changes the fallback skins of the guns to the skins you want meaning youll only see it ingame
With an inventory changer the skins get added to your inventory
A skinchanger is the "cheap" and lazy way to do it, inventory changers are just way cooler
Altough sometimes an inventory changer is called a "skinchanger" and vice versa
