So today i loaded into mm game, and right at the beginning, this guy says, oh so you are using vision cheat, i was hoping he was talking about someone else but later specified it was me, let me clarify, the game just started, no one was able to even move yet, i have 10year cs go badge and inventory worth a little over 1k, if he was pretending to do this '' joke '' he could have picked a diffrent target, like a private profile teammate or something.
not sure if there is another cheat that's called ''vision'' or if he just meant vision as in ''wallhack''

just interested if anyone have experienced something similar

Tbh, that is not really possible. There wouldn't be a tool to detected that like that. With vision he probably meant wallhacks, especially if he was russian xd

some cheats like gs and nl got a "cheat revealer" lua but i doubt it reveals cheats like vision and such

it works well and reveals most cheats just not many legit cheats

95%+ of aimbot, silent aim, trigger bot, bunny hop should be easy to detect in theory unless you want to support players on controllers and not just keyboard and mouse (for aimbot).


In a game like CS:GO, or most games nowadays, network commands are sent over and actions are replicated on each client which also makes it easier to record and recover the state of the game, like for instance with game demos.

Very rarely is the state of the player networked instead of the commands like mentioned, there are usually only a combination of valid yaw and pitch input from a single player depending on mouse sensitivity, DPI, screen dimensions, this is also why FACEIT won't allow players on controllers to play on their secured servers.

Trigger bot and Bunny Hop are usually done very poorly and detectable by SMAC and other server side anti cheats as well. Silent aim is very blatant when analyzing several shots and same goes for any thing that reassembles fake lag or packet choking.

But this doesn't seem like the case unless you've used any of these features.
