I'd say both yes and no,

Early CS2 days I used KernAim with only Triggerbot and soft Aimbot and got red trust on my test account

(Used different accounts to test different cheats),

So I believe it is also How the cheats implement these features

I wouldnt list rifk7 as recommended. Very basic CS2 cheat. Its not been updated since november 2023 and looks abandoned.

Also add onetap to not recommended for the same reason. Its a really basic cheat in the current state and basically abandoned.
