Unityhacks (14e/month), onetap (20e/month), gamesense/skeet (invite-only), neverlose (invite-only), aimware (20e/month, nwouldn't really recommend), x22.

Onetap has been cracked multiple times, but many versions that were cracked are infected with a rat/virus

Would feel totally fine using these on an account with thousands in skins tbh. Can vouch for legitex the most from personal experience.

Not many. For faceit all of them are pretty much private,for gamersclub ekknod and umbrasoftware might be your possible options

Valve is flagging what exactly? Your account? What you're saying about flagging makes no sense, due to the fact that there is no way for them to differentiate cheater accounts from legit accounts, if you're legit cheating with a proper cheat, otherwise, you could just get banned by VAC.
As I've mentioned before you can use unityhacks, onetap, aimware (AW Detected once a year). If you manage to get your hands on skeet/gamesense that would be even better since it has never been detected and most likely will never be. I've also been using gs for a pretty long time and didn't have any red trust factor issues.

i personally have never been more satisfied then when i was using novolines cheat, its been a while but im sure their product is still top notch

Valve recently updated there server side anti cheat and I think certain aimbots can cause red trust
