Fast CS GO Downrank?

Im now Leagendary Eagle Master and i want to play with my friends. But they are lower than me. So my question is, how can i get downranks fast?

get kicked or loose some competitive matches
when you receive some bans you usually will downrank

I'd rather search for a fifth player to play with. Your friends will improve alot faster if they've got better opponents. Also you will downrank in that progress much faster than them
