Steamav - use your cs items to win new games
Just found this site, had a whole bunch of useless csgo and tf2 items and used them on the site, got my prize. Seems legit, plus the spots are pretty cheap. It just takes forever for a raffle to complete considering its a relatively new site.

Basically you send them trade offers with items, you receive credits and then you can spend on them on these raffles/lottery.

in terms of security, yea its using steams open id login so their not trying to take your account or anything like that. in terms of giving out prizes, i've yet to win anything but it seems they do really give out the prizes.
