Need Help: How To Setup Latest CS 1.6 Server On Linux (No Steam)

i really need your help because i don't know what to do after failed to setup CS 1.6 (No steam) version.

I follow the tutorial from google, at the end, i cant run my server.

So i change back to original server, but whos gonna to play, because many of them have the cracked client..
