Steam Server

My name is Armin.I live in Bosnian and Herzegovina.My problem is that i have bought a server which is hosted in Germany.Server which I bought is just for those that have steam. But in my country mostly players don 't have steam. So I want to ask you how to make a server for players without Steam too.

You have to put VAC off. Its the security system of steam.

I have done that but again players without steam don't can enter on the server

nein er hat einen server gemacht und jetzt will er das er public ist bzw der server public ist und ohne vac
