Every single cheat/application does get it's own address space and shows up in task manager. In the case of injecting stubcode or a dll, that does still happen for the injector. And even if you don't let the dll thread do anything but replace game functions and then terminates, that could still be detected.

Please consider to stop spreading bullshit.
