how to stop acc enter bot jail

first we know that the game check files to see changes and tell gm
but how game tell gm? sent data to this ip 121.207.250.58
so how we block that
u can make block by multi ways like from ur router, windows, program
i make block from my router ( see pic )


gm change that ip by time so i will post last changes
note:changes in hosts file in windows not useful
