Either decrypt the Magictype.dat in the ini folder (Search EPvP for DatCryptor), Modify the 500ms delay for FB & SS to 0, then encrypt.
Or patch the check using OllyDbg (Search for the OllyDbg thread).
You can even upload your magictype.dat here, and I'll do it for you.
But the majority of private servers and official conquer have server-side stamp checks anyhow, so it's quite pointless.
