Hey guys.. After spending the better part of 2 hours searching the forum and running into alot of broken links. I give up.
I want to be able to edit the Monster.dat file and make lab monsters invisible as well as others such as basilisks. So i can work on some archer macros.
There was a tool called DeEn.exe that i have read alot about but like i said.. kept running into broken links to get it.
So any help with this i would furthur my progress in an archer macro. Thanks guys.
its the second one of my favorits list,download the file (yes the post-***-xx-xx.ipb, or what ever it is)then RENAME IT ANYTHING WITH A .RAR (monsterdecrypt.rar) then open it with winrar(google for it if you dont got it) hope it helps if you still got problems message me and ill mail it or up load for you
lol no problem.also works for itemtype.dat(rename it monster.dat then decrypt it edit it reencrypt it then rename it back to itemtype.dat off topic but still good to know)
Not modifying names... modifying size. Making it so that lab monsters are invisible. And things like basilisks and alien serpents. so i can make a series of archer macros.
Would this work for decrypting the pet.dat file? if so do you mind decrypting it for me and uploading,,, im intrested in seeing if we can improve on the guards AI Script... as I have another version of pet.dat that makes the guard attack anything that attacks you.

i havent even tryed,good idea ill try it---just tryed with the original pet and a old one and all it has different encryption or somthing,same thing for for the other .dat files

Request/Questions on help decripting packets 04/08/2009 - CO2 Programming - 3 Replies Hi, I recently finished writing a packet sniffer program and am able to sniff the conquer packets, id now like to learn how to decrypt (& modify?) and encrypt packets for sending to the conquer servers.
So, firstly, is this tutorial still up-to-date? I realize that the most recent posts where back in July 2005.
And secondly, is there anyone out there willing to help teach me these things? Im still fairly new to this region of programming, but could follow that above tutorial without to...
