lolz ive never heard of it but it would make ur comp run slower
and my guess is that ur not running at 35+fps if its that u shouldnt even be able to see the frames indivduly its invisible to the naked eye and
btw the max fps is 40 i think so sry to tell u it wouldnt make a diffrence to most people
musaduzgun fps is frames per second its just how fast ur computer is putting pictures on ur screen :P
