they spawn about an hour after last time killed, if it hasnt been killed for a while another will spawn right after you kill it. now you need 200 potency to kill.

It's only there about once an hour and it's named "WaterLord", so it's easy to spot if you have show names on, otherwise it looks like all of the other WaterDevils.

I couldn't kill it with a 130-127 full soc tro-archer -.- 3 dmg...yippie
if you really want to kill it and not buy you could use like poison or something...poison arrows...would take freakin forever though
for your info it will be best to use a tao with over 200 potency which is abt 130 wif full super 1 socket spg and all eq at least +3 or u can do it with a lv 130 archer full 1 socket full sdg and all eq at least +3.i been killing it daily when i am free and my archer have only 206 potency,it take some time to kill it but worth getting it =)

1) Wear a necklace or a bag? (this one is kind of more easily thought, I just can't decide)
I was wondering what equipment would I put on the melee water.
I was thinking Earring or Cap (obviously), dex ring, robe (obviously) and boots.
The only thing that struck me was, do I need the tao bag? I mean yes it adds attack, but the bonus (+1's) on it adds more Mdef?
So which one would be a better option?I'm not sure because I know that a tao vs a tao at the same level...
