Hi all
I got a question about the 2nd reborn
I got a water-water tao 110-113.
But i want to 2nd reborn it.
But a friend of my told that i can do it with a exemptiontoken or something at lvl 110+
But a other friend says that i must be lvl 120+
What one is true?
I already bought the dragonballs to buy the token trough the cps.

doesnt matter if u have the exemption token or not u need 120 to do 2nd rb....the token is only to skip the quest
