how to make elite items into super??

i was just wondering how many db do i need to make elite archer coat into super?
please tell me thx alot !

umm wear the coat and go to market. theres a guy that can super it for you for a certain amount of dbs

6 dbs... to up it in market... or take the risk in TC.. u might get 2nd soc.. i dont guarantee it tho
