Can anyone share how to make speedhack?

It is good that many great ppl are sharing their tools and speedhack here
and i see many guide on how to crack SV too

but i didn't see much post about how to make speedhack by myself

i am using chinese version conquer so i am not able to use the speedhack made for english/spanish/french version of conquer.

can anyone share a tutorial about it ?
