Regarding upcoming patches

I've read about it somewhere but i can't re-track the topic. Someone posted about a patch in both epvp and the official co forums that u *edit* wont *edit* be able to get super gems once u reborn. Can anyone give me the link to the post or confirm this? Thank you.

i heard they are going to cancel the giving of super gems on rebirth to promote people to buy from the npc ? is this true?

Personally I think the entire TQ development team must be on mind altering substances, how else would you explain the management decisions that have been made in the last 6 month?
Some say its just got to do with db sales, however I happen to know that people are leaving the game hand over fist and the db sales are actually dropping.
But instead of bringing the game back to a proven even keel they forage on into total game instability like drunken beavers into a logjam, so hang onto your hats guys were in for a rough ride.
