Do you mean jumping auto-follower, or just the 'Team-Follow' button?

Background? Don't think there is one besides the paid proxies.

Of course you could slap a macro on and it would click the team 'Follow' button continuously.

Not work , maybe you can ask Trigorio when she/he has one in the bot (CoGenius i think)
Public AutoFolowJumper are patched like 4 mounths , while testing bots i saw folower in BCO , mimic
Or talk with Pro4Never to improve a folower in his costum proxy .
