THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR SV. I HAVE SV AND FARM ITEMS ON 5 HUNTERS 24/7. I MANUALLY CRACKED IT MYSELF.

I've been a longtime member here at elitepvpers, I dont consider myself "high and mighty", but I do consider myself an intelligent person. Any posts coming from users with a low (<10) post count and no karma will generally be ignored (by me) unless they are constructive in some way.

Here at elitepvpers, we have all been happy, right? There are a lot of public things available for all of us to use, and if your patient enough to read instructions for things, you generally get them working right.

Well now, the staff claims they "do not support warez". They "do not support illegal files". Hmm? Ok...

So, you don't want anyone to post a cracked SV around anywhere, because according to you (the elitepvper staff) it is illegal? What about a link to a place where SV cracked is downloadable, also illegal, no?

Well ok, I can accept this, but now, onto my point.

Look in many topics on elitepvpers, heck around the CO forums alone. In various CO editing guides, you will find posts to cracked files for other programs - legitimate programs, such as photoshop CS, such as Macro Express 6. These are programs covered by anti-piracy rights, and are fuelled by big corporations, but elitepvpers allows these selected warez to be linked to.

One example is a .dds file editing guide for conquer online. Goto the link list, and find it. In the first post is a link to a keygen for Photoshop CS.

Archer lab macros, many are made with macro express 6, and many of the topics contain links to cracks for this program.

So, elitepvpers dosen't support warez you say? Then why is it all over the forums, and your linklist?

Script Vessel is a program that is NOT covered by any anti-piracy rights, as the program itself is a "gray line" program. Its an illegal game bot that you have to pay for. So posting a crack of this bot, on elitepvpers, is illegal, because it is warez... Yet posting real warez all around elitepvpers regardless of content, is ok?

Elitepvp, you need to stop feeding us mindless excuses, and do either one of two things...

1) Tell us the truth. Tell us why you won't really accept a public cracked SV. We will accept almost any explanation. Your warez explanation does not check out.

2) Remove all warez links from your website. Surely if you have such a brutal stance against warez, you wouldn't allow links like these to remain, but they still do.

In conclusion, all discussion, debate and representation on this topic is obviously welcome. I am bringing something to the public eyes that has slipped passed many of us for too long...

ur right, I saw that guide with the link to a keygen for photoshop too =/

Probably epvp is working on option 2 (Remove all warez links) but they will need our help to report those kind of threads.
I always see a1blaster and DM2000 editing topics with cracked version of SV and I think that if they see something like that they will do something about it too

gonna look for that topic with the keygen right now, its a good guide but the link to the keygen has to be removed

Thanks matt, I have not realized that until I have read your post. Apparently elite pvpers does not support warez, but have it all around, if posting a program that is not covered by anti piracy laws is illegal, why is posting a guide to edit official files which is considered illegal by CO here O.o And because of that, I totally want what matt wants, a explanation for why elitepvpers does not allow cracked SV to be posted. It is fine that you(epvp) state that lazy people shouldn't get it, but why not release an official statement that totally takes the cracked sv case away from the "warez" case? Also according to hietik, posting the keygen within the conquer editing guide is illegal as of may 9th, 2007 because of the moderator announcement you guys(epvp) made.

The main reason that they no longer support warez is that those makers of the original programs could very well sue this site for intellectual property right infringement. Ever think of that. Oh no *** for bid it be something like that. Why dont you learn to chill out play the game. Instead of jumping on your high horse getting ****** because the epvp staff no longer allows this kind of stuff going on.

I also think this post smacks of a newbie who wants sv and finds he can't get ahold of a copy for himself. Don't feel to bad you'll just have to either buy the sv or you'll have to learn to play without it.

I'm running SV right now, manualy cracked with cheat engine. Running 5 item farmers too.

This topic is addressing a serious point. Elitepvpers claims they don't allow warez, but in fact they let any warez stay around, unless its SV. As I said I will accept any other explanation, but their warez one dosen't check out.

And as for your lawsuit theroy, sorry but thats not possible. For one, SV is situated from china. For two, SV is not copyrighted, and has no rights in north america. For three, SV is a "gray line" program, which in itself is basically illegal. It is not protected by copyright or trademark laws be it national or international, because a program of this type does not fit proper qualifications for right infringement protection.

Well, this is the most elaborated cry about requesting a cracked version of sv, in my opinion. Maybe, MAYBE, this gamehacking forum, GAMEHACKING, just are giving some respect to gamehackers, inspite of the trouble and technique that net9net had to make a bot like sv, and his active support on updating issue.

As I just stated, one post above yours I am NOT after a cracked SV. I have and am currently running a cracked SV.

If I get 1 more person telling me to stop asking for SV, I swear I'm taking a screenshot of SV with this forum topic in view.

You guys are still not getting the point, it is not the fact that epvp does not allow cracked sv thats the problem, but the fact that epvp disallows warez to be posted but allow such warez to be posted anyway thats the problem, its a oxymoron.

Yep. This guy gets it.

And lets not forget that Bot programs in china, that aren't created by the same people that made the game are considered highly illegal and punishable with jailtime for either use or creating. In China you have to have a license for the game to get away with making a bot for it.

If it really is TQ running SV, they would never file a lawsuit over it in fears that they would be discovered, and discredited.

If it isint TQ running the bot, then it has no legal ground to stand on, and is not protected by piracy laws in anyway whatsoever.

this is very true. I just epvp just doesnt want so many people with bots. Some ppl just cant crack it. Also, b4 when i was really active, the aimbot was lvl2 wasn't it? Now i come back few weeks ago and every noob has an aimbot and its stickied too. Whats up with that?

Well thats all fine and dandy, but cracking an already illegal program isint anymore illegal in the first place. SV is illegal in itself, unless TQ secretly runs it. China (and korea) both have many strict gaming laws. A few of those laws are against botting. And unless the creator of SV is actually TQ, then the bot itself, is illegal.

So in conclusion under the rules stated for warez, SV is an illegal program unless it is licensed and run by TQ (which it is not) So, SV links should not even be allowed to be posted here.

Maybe they wont allow cracked versions of SV to be posted because it means 9net9 would be losing out on money,but then agian,if what your saying is true,SV is illegal due to the fact its not endorsed by TQ,then why the hell is there such a big fuss about posting links to cracked SV?
It's like a drug dealer cant sue someone for stealing there stash,as both stealing and dealing are illegal.

To keep e*pvp alive, we have to be special. We have to keep our member.
We could run as other forum, just provide download for everything.
When there is patch, everyone come in to download.
e*pvp would not last long by this manner.

We would want to ?Provide? extra.
We would provide an environment to have people to ?Learn? to crack.

a1 took down the proproxy after we found out the backdoor.
You could still find proproxy hanging at other forum.
