If it is illegal in a country doesn't make it illegal in another. Disassembling programs in Russia is 100% legal as long as it's for "educational purposes" but most elsewhere it's illegal regardless of purpose. Making bot software for companies in China may be illegal, but not in other countries. A bot like SV is not illegal say in the US. Even if it's illegal, it's only illegal to China laws, not US laws. Or German laws for that matter since this site is there. They don't own copyrights of their own software so they can't sue regardless of any circumstances.

1, if 9net9 IS TQ and give themselves away, they lose more money than made from a lawsuit. Chances are they won't do it
2, if 9net9 is NOT TQ, they can't copyright it therefore any copy leaked is not illegal because the original copy is illegal in China.

If I made a program right now that was by chance illegal in the US and it got out to like.. Africa.. it wouldn't necessarily be illegal there. Even if it was cracked. No copyrights = no lawsuit = no problems. If CO servers files were leaked and TQ/ND didn't copyright CO then anyone who got a hold of them could do it. It's how this ****** up world works :P


If 9net9 is TQ and they want to sue, they have to first request it to be removed before they can take legal action. If that request comes in then it should be removed unless you want to call their bluff. In that case the laws need to be researched and check the stance of the situation and take action from there by either removing all copies or leaving it on.

Since the program is illegal where it is created, cracked versions of it aren't any more illegal then uncracked versions. Therefore, once again, elitepvp's warez stance against cracked SV falls down and dissolves to dust.

You understand these right? SV in itself is an illegal program. Links to uncracked versions need to be removed, if you guys are going to support a warez free enviroment.

your not posting anything i didn't voice long ago when i first saw A1 use excuse not posted cracked sv was for legal reasons lol and i said same thing i know the law when it comes to copyrighting and or GPL licenses none of which Sv creator has pending on his hack because he can't .

And lets say just for the hell of it that SV WAS endorsed by TQ.

it wouldn't matter yet again because if ya read up on copyright laws they do not contain any protection for "cheats" or "hacks" of any kind i don't care if TQ posted a big downloadable link to it in flashing red letters on there front page and had it marked for $19.99 LMAO it cannot be copyrighted period. The only thing a hack/cheat maker can do is protect there hacks under a GPL license stating it cannot be reversed/disassembled/modified ect in any way without specific permission from developer and if he gives permission you must divulge the source you used or what modifications were made ect ect otherwise they are in breach of the license...So then if someone posted it cracked the developer can go after you or your site for hosting it. But none of this has been done to SV it is protected under no license what so ever...And i know what i'm talking about i have several "legally" licensed hacks for other games such as CS/diablo that i put forth the time to protect against leechers and crackers and had several websites shut down for hosting leaked versions of it along with a few punk kids cable providers removing there service for hosting it off there boxes.

Now that aside i am all for not releasing SV and proxy i think co has become a game of nothing but leechers trying to hack it for all it's worth not caring how it effects anyone else and ruining the game for ever because of it..the fact is kids don't care!! So i'm glad it is restricted but the problem is it isn't solving anything because noobs are still getting it from here and rarin it up via rattlz or anans cracking method thread and posting it elsewhere anyway...It isn't solving anything..And sayin it is for legal reasons it can't be posted for all is a flat out lie.

i mean if i posted my cracked sv everytime a new one came out i would flat out say your not getting it because your a leech and i don't want 5,000 noobies botting all over the place..At least i would be honest lol and that is the real reason it is being restricted from being posted because the DIY thread should be enough to cover the people worthy of having it anyone else too stupid to figure out how to crack it doesn't deserve it period...So stop with the legalities and just be honest and say we don't want this hack spread all over for every noob to bot. that i would agree with 100% whatever happend to lvl 2 and 3 access anyway ?? Whee the good hacks were listed and not every tom dick and harry noob coul download it ??

If ya want to put a dent in the leeching just stop allowing good hacks to be posted for all in lvl 1 section and bump em up to lvl 2 or 3 again like before when epvp made sense.If a system like this was back in place like it was before i'd be more opt to release some very good cheats for co..Ya think SV is a good bot ?? or maybe ya think BJX was a good bot ?? There is much better clientless bots for co lol Or perhaps a 100% working cotobo with playernames/x+y coords working again ?? These are things that you will never see with the current situation goin on here.

I don't going to read the whole thread, but

you will find posts to cracked files for other programs - legitimate programs, such as photoshop CS, such as Macro Express 6. These are programs covered by anti-piracy rights, and are fuelled by big corporations, but elitepvpers allows these selected warez to be linked to.

we don't allow this, no idea from where you got this information, all kind of warez will be removed after anyone reported or a stuff member noticed the post.

Also the member who posted will be warned or banned.

btw. epvp is under german laws, because I life in germany.
