Since Conquer Online is free to download and free to play TQ offers additional paid but optional features. This is how TQ pays for Conquer Online. They do not favor the players that use the paid features, of course if a player bought DragonBalls and lost them it would only be fair that we help them out since they lost their money and were so nice to pay TQ. For other support though, all members are created equal and TQ treats all their support cases with the same priority.

When someone is cheating the game, they are gaining an unfair advantage over the players that do not cheat. Now TQ asks for something in return, for DragonBalls a botter may leave bot jail for a certain amount of times, the reason for this, is because if someone is going to cheat the game they must be punished for it. With paying a DragonBall they would need to hunt for one, or buy one. Buying a DragonBall is a simple, yet effective way of getting yourself out of botjail. You are not just helping yourself, but you are helping TQ Digital, the creates of this great game by providing them with more funds so they may keep Conquer Online running.

Number1: False. That's internal on your LAN and has no effect on your ip as TQ sees it. 100 computers on your router will all have the same ip to anyone else outside your LAN.

Number2: I hate lottery and I don't even play. I hate it because it dwarfs the value of my items now so if I ever did want to come back I'd have to regain everything all over again even though what I already have is very good. If you think elite socket boots is good then no wonder you like lottery.

Number4: Who's saying we deserve the money? Everyone is saying that TQ is too greedy. As said, any company is after money. They have to pay bills, payroll, and such, but TQ takes it one step further saying you have to pay them for support, to be decent in the game (now), and so on. Things were just fine imo before lottery and the customer service system were added.

here is a lil more in deatil

number 1 each computer has a lan address which is different from your real ip (if your ip banned cuz of your friend on another computer in your house on the same router you are also banned) check to see your real IP address if you don't belive me and look on all your computers


number 2 the lottery messed up CO more any hack ever did period

number 3 TQ tries to make the game more profitable yet still enjoyable at the same time (they don't want to lose money to ppl quiting)

number 4 i don't even know what that means...

number 5 what are you really going to do about it the only game i think of that don't have em is runescape other than that don't play they are allways going to be more ppl trying to cheat than ppl trying to stop them

About the lotto thing,I have won top money bag twice,+8 earings,3 socket items,2 supers and i still think the lotto stinks.And the thing about tq never stoping bots youre right but the idea of tq making there own bot is great idea.If cant beat them join them.

correct me if i am wrong but i know i am (i am a computer enginneer mcse trained (microsoft certified systems enginner).) also if u use a router it still detects the computer ip not the router one

Actually paying for support is how many open source, and free to use projects make money, these sorts of things have been happening since the early days pf computing.

If TQ wanted to inplement a pay for support model, thats their right, but i do agree that it should be an upfron clain not something that is hidden.

As a matter of interest, i am a db buyer as well as botter, i believe firmly in supporting the company and coders who work hard to bring us something that we all obvioulst enjoy to play. I used to code and build MUDS, working on a number of free, pay for perks and pay to play games, and i know i liked to see my monthy check.

Even as a Db buyer i have not had any support on the 2 occasions that my NON BOTTING chars have been sent to bot jail. It was the non support of this issue that made me say **** it and buy SV and since then i have booted my *** off and never had a bot jail. Funny that.

Well this thread has been very interesting to say the least.

lol.. You question my knowledge about computers yet claim an internal network has precedence over the internet. You are MCSE certified? So what? It's easy to be. I was going for it too but never go around to actually taking the tests due to moving back to PA and switching colleges. Now I'm going for programming instead of networking. Your being certified though is quite sad since you claim your lans ip defines your wans ip. If you are on a LAN your LAN ip (HENCE L FOR LOCAL) has NOTHING to do with your WAN ip (HENCE W FOR WIDE AS IN GLOBAL). No shit every comp has an ip. They HAVE to in order to identify them using ipv4. You could get into netbios and shit like that, but I'm sure since your MCSE certified you already know all about that. What I'm saying is that your claim that having 100 ips on your lan can help evade a scan by TQ is bull. You having 1 million ips on your lan won't change the fact that your ROUTER only holds ONE ip which is your WAN. Plus, last I checked most home routers (if not all) have no multicast capabilities. Even if you wanted to pull 2 ips you couldn't.

lol. So what about your equips? You act like it increases your dick size x10. I haven't played in over a year and back when I did get my equips they were some of the best. You can't claim your equips are good now with lottery because you can easily make a fucking +8 or +9 now so +4/+5 is shit. SDGs are common place now. Nothing special about that either. EVERYONE has them. Even noobs >.> You have shown that you rely on lottery though. If you got those equips by being good you'd be able to afford a 2s before you buy anything to do that or make one yourself. Any gear is practically useless unless 2s.

Well said, hence my goal of making an emu I quit a year ago and though I know I won't match TQ in their ability to add features or provide as many servers, I think I can outdo their support and that is a key factor for happy players
