ref,uni,eli,sup drops increasing?

Hi all,

Everybody says that you get ref, uni, etc. from client side,
then i think, can you increase the drop rate or something?
So that you will get elites and sups faster?

Might b a stupid question, but still....

btw NOONE (normal, retards maybe) never said that quality items are client sided >.> if they were every one would run in full supers..

AND for sure DROP RATE is server sided...

Yes quality is server sided.
Drop rate is also server sided.
