Ok my question is woulndt gimp shop work just as good as photo shop? as in editing skins effects n stuff?

does gimp shop or w/e have a dss plug in? that's why photoshop is recommended

not that i know of u have to have a dds. converter to do that and if there is a pulgin i would like to know. but i have a dds. converter that im just starting to use. but there is a problem tht im having and it that i change to .jpg and then edit wit gimp then change it back and is doent work? hmmmmm.......

Hex editing question

Hi i have few questions about hex editing. After you edit the pack.04 what do you do? Do you save it normal way and launch or as winhex script(whs) and execute or what? I tried both and everything else including deleting the pack itself but the game still plays normal like no editing was done. This is what i have done: Dl and update game to 4.5.8., dl ggk and crc and no crc_4.5.2. replace all neccessary folders to make ggk+no crc work,and lastly dl data unpack and change shadow.txt. to pack0...

Well I'd just like to know what people like better packet or csv editing? I'll be the first to post a opinion, its easy to edit csv's if u got the already edited ones like I do, but like it was said in other threads, less lag and less dc's if u edit the packet file...... It's simple to edit csv's tho and make it work for the game, and its alot easier to read considering its seperated by line but some people can't seem to get it to work like how they were told!! so for them packet editing...
