Ok ppl here's the answer to most of the questions, after much hunting on the forums and the Japanese CO website (CO3)

These features have not been implemented yet, and I have no idea when they will be. This is just FYI, I don't work for TQ so I have no idea when this stuff will start working in the game.

The first new equipments slot in the stats page is for casual clothing called "SurCoats"

All current casual clothings, such as DarkRobe, CelestialGown, SpringDress, etc WILL NOT work in this slot. These are for new clothings that will be sold by an NPC yet to be implemented.

The new currency under the gold is called "heaven stones".

Heaven Stones are used to purchase items in the game from a new NPC called "Rarity Merchant", as an alternate form of currency

Some of the items that can be purchased using them are DragonBalls, Meteors, ExpPotions, SuperTortoiseGems, Dance2-8, NightDevil, and several new items.

Some of the most interesting new items that can be purchased using this are:

"ArtisanVoucher" - used to put a socket in your non-weapon equipments

"BlessingStone" - Comes in three different varieties with varying durations from 3 to 30 days. Allows you to, among other things, use the "Revive Here" feature.

"LegendaryTreasure" - When equipped, will add 500 HP and 500 MP to your stats. This is what the 2nd potion shaped slot on your stats page is for.

Another new NPC named "Mysterious Merchant" will also be added. This NPC only appears at certain times of the day in the market, and through this NPC you can exchange DragonBalls for some items that "Rarity Merchant" sells.

the dark robes etc... can be used in the slot, they just arent allowing it yet. go on the china servers and youll see people runing with any dress on.

Im sure they are already making a fortune on db buyers, but no they need more.. greedy bastards only made this update to boost sales of dbs. Not surprised, it is TQ afteral

The price of all socket items will decrease a lot!!!

Do not be so certain on that. Maybe the chance of socket with the " new way to socket " will not even slim the chance. So dont get ur " 0mG S0ck3ts R Ch3Ap n!OW!!"
